Q: What time is Check-in?
A: Check-in 15:00 - 20:00 (Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact us directly)

Q: Can I check-in after 20:00?
A: It depends on the day you check-in. Please contact us in advance and make sure if it's available on that day.

Q: Can I change the check-in time?
A: You must inform us if you would like to change check-in time. Especially, guests arriving after 20:00, your arrival might be delay more than 1 hour from your expected arrival time, you must inform us in advance. If  we're not informed, we will treat your booking as a no show. 

Q: Is early check-in possible? 
A: No, early check-in is not available. However, we can keep your luggage.

Q: What time is check-out?
A: Check-out 7:00 - 10:00

Q: Is there a parking lot?
A: We have 1 parking lot. Guests can use it free of charge.

Q: What is the child policy?
A:  1 child under the age of 12 using an existing bed can stay free of charge. Please specify the age of your child at the time of booking. In case of staying with 1 adult and 2 children,  you have to book as 2 adults.

Q: Is extra bed available?
A: Extra bed and baby cot is not available.

Q: Is room cleaning available?
A: Room cleaning and bed linen replacements can be provided only for guests staying 5 nights or longer, upon request. For guest staying less than 5 nights, we will pick your garbage up, if you put them at designated time and place. 

Q: Can I smoke in a guest room?
A: All rooms (including balconies) are non-smoking. We have an ashtray  outside  behind the building.

Q: What is the cancellation Policy.
A: Changes and cancellations of reservations up to 14 days are free. If it passes, 100% of the total room rate will be charged, and no-show as well.
 
Q: I have watched paid movie using Fire TV. When I will be charged for it?
A: We will charged you at the time of check-out.
